Product Manager ARM Compiler Technology (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager focusing on ARM Compiler Technology to join our team at TASKING. Positions are open in both Germany (Munich area) and  the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for TASKING's ARM Compiler.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competition.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback.
• Identify and prioritize new features and improvements based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Develop market positioning strategies.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
• Oversee the entire product development cycle from conception to market launch and beyond
• Prioritize high-level development tasks and manage the product backlog to support product development to achieve product releases in line with business objectives.
• Collaborate with our Marketing team on development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support creation of marketing materials, presentations, and technical whitepapers.
• Train sales and support teams on new product features and benefits.
• Evaluate and implement new technological trends and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering; or a degree in economics/business with technical know-how on embedded software.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in the field of compilers or embedded systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ARM architecture
• Good understanding of C/C++ compiler product use-cases.
• Experience collaborating with semiconductor manufacturers and other industry partners.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project management and Agile development.
