Job Description:

  • Drive demand creation at major automotive OEM and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer engineering, purchasing, and management relationships at all levels.
  • Conduct embedded software tool demonstrations and technical trainings.
  • Collect technical requirements for product development and communicate to Business Development, Product Marketing, and R&D teams.
  • Build relationship and develop joint business opportunities with partners such as tool vendors, design houses, and processor suppliers.
  • Support participation in trade shows, road shows, and conferences.
  • Manage opportunities, funnel, and reporting through CRM system.

Basic Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and MBA (or equivalent).
  • 3 - 5 years of sales in complex automotive embedded software solutions.
  • Experience with automotive microcontrollers such as Infineon AURIX™.
  • Familiarity with firmware development tools (compilers, code analysis, debuggers, etc.).
  • Solution-selling mindset and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in international teams.
  • Willing to travel approximately 20% of time.
