    Chief Executive Officer

    Gregor joined TASKING early 2021 and is heading the global management team. He joined from the Elektrobit Group, where he was CFO and Co-CEO for more than ten years.  Elektrobit is an award-winning and visionary global supplier of embedded and connected software products and services for the automotive industry. During this time the company grew from 800 software engineers to more than 3000 in 2020 in 11 countries, spanning three continents. Acquisitions and integrations of Software companies in the field of cyber security and software development, the forming of e.solution, a Joint venture between Audi and Elektrobit and the sale of the Elektrobit group to the Continental group were some major cornerstones in his engagement with Elektrobit. Prior to Elektrobit Gregor was in several higher management positions in different software companies  such as CA Technologies, Aareon AG, Ino24 and Digital Advertising AG. Gregor started his Career as an Auditor and Tax Advisor in the AWT Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. Gregor holds a degree in Business Administration of the Fachhochschule Regensburg and a Master Degree in Social science of a Subsidary Academy of the University of Moscow and Munich.

    Chief Financial Officer

    After having supported FSN Capital during the Due Diligence phase before the acquisition of TASKING, Christoph joined the Company as CFO in February 2021. Prior to joining TASKING, Christoph has worked as CFO at ipan, a Munich-headquartered and rapidly-growing provider of intellectual property management services and software. At ipan, Christoph played a pivotal role in taking ipan to the next level, integrating a number of acquisitions and the sale from Warburg Pincus to Castik Capital. Prior to ipan, Christoph worked in Technology M&A at GCA Altium and DC Advisory and initially started his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.  At TASKING, Christoph has led the Carve-Out effort including et al the further build-up of the organization, setting up a new IT infrastructure, and supporting the global expansion of the business. Christoph holds a double degree in Business studies from NEOMA Business School Reims, France, and ESB Reutlingen, Germany.

    Chief Technical Officer

    From 2012 to 2022, Christoph Herzog held various management positions at Elektrobit Automotive GmbH. Most recently, he was responsible for technology & trend scouting, business development, and portfolio and product management. His focus was on the topics of static and dynamic operating systems, Classic & Adaptive AUTOSAR, Safety, Security and Connectivity.
    In his new role as CTO of TASKING, both R&D (Product Development & Product Management) and BDI (Business Development and Innovations) will report to Christoph Herzog with immediate effect. His main tasks include the further successful integration of iSYSTEM. He is also responsible for the successful implementation of forward-looking trends at TASKING, such as the focus on RUST and RISC-V.
